  • Is the tour bumpy? Yes the tour can be bumpy at times, as it travels on paved and unpaved surfaces.

  • How should I/we dress? Dress in comfortable, casual clothing. Feel free to wear a swim suit under your clothes, and flat enclosed shoes/sandals would be best. Please note that some sandals can be slippery on wet/muddy surfaces.

  • I am pregnant: For safety, we would recommend that you do not undertake this tour while pregnant.

  • I have a bad back: If you have any known back, neck or other medical ailments, we advise that you not undertake the tour without ascertaining medical permission from your physician.

  • Why no children under 5yrs? We are sorry but this is due to the nature of the tour and the fact that there are only lap seatbelts available on our customized jeeps.

  • Can I sit in the front seat next to driver? Sure! There is a front seat in the cab next to the Tour Guide Driver.

  • What happens if it’s rainy? We call it liquid sunshine! The vehicles have plastic sides and a covered roof. Bring along a towel and a great sense of humor.

  • Is there hiking involved? There is no hiking on the tour; we make stops and you get out for photo taking and refreshments.

  • Is private residence pick up available? There are limited locations close to hotels where we can pick you up, close by to your private residence. Please inquire at time of booking.

  • Can you pick up from my Villa? We collect at villas located along the West & South coasts. Please provide an address and telephone number at time of booking.

  • Our friends / family are staying in another hotel. Can we sit together in the same vehicle? Each vehicle accommodates a maximum of 11 persons. Each reservation can only have one pick up location; however a request can be made, and we will try to facilitate seating you together where possible to do so.

  • Can you customize a tour? Yes we can! Your tour can be tailored to suit your needs, which is a great option for family, groups of friends or businesses looking to reward your loyal team members.

  • How can I give feedback on my experience? We welcome all feedback directly on our website. You can also post comments on our Facebook page, and on Trip Advisor.

  • Can we tip the Tour Guide Driver? Tipping is totally at your discretion. If you love your tour, gratuity is always welcomed, and you can provide this directly to your Tour Guide Driver.

  • Can I go with the same guide we had last time? You can request a Tour Guide Driver by name and we will do our best to facilitate your request.

  • Is the boat ride bumpy? Powered boat rides are actually very smooth and we travel close to the shoreline.

  • How should I/We dress: Dress in comfortable, casual clothing, with a swimsuit under your clothes (this is a must!). Flat enclosed shoes/sandals would be best.

  • What should I bring along? A small bag with essentials, towel, sun lotion, and change of t-shirt, spending money, and only electronic equipment that is water resistant.

  • I am pregnant: For safety, we would recommend that you do not undertake this tour while pregnant.

  • I have never snorkeled before: Our trained Tour Guides will give detailed instructions before you enter the water and they accompany the group in the water at all times while visiting the snorkel site, to ensure your safety.

  • Why no children under 3yrs? We are sorry, but this is due to the nature of the tour and the accompanying safety regulations.

  • Is there shade? Shade is very limited on the boat, however the tours are designed that you spend more time in the water snorkeling than on the boat. Make sure to bring sunscreen!

  • Can I bring my own snorkel gear? Yes, you are free to bring your own snorkel gear.

  • What happens if it’s rainy: We call it liquid sunshine! The tour will still operate, however if it’s going to be a very rainy day, it may necessitate rescheduling the tour for another day. We will inform you as early as possible if this is necessary.

  • Are turtle sightings guaranteed? Barbados’ sea turtles are there 99% of the time; however, they are unrestricted marine species that are free to come and go from the snorkel site so we do not guarantee sightings.

  • Can I touch the Sea Turtles? No, marine regulations call for protection of these animals and do not allow them to be touched. Touching can also discourage the turtles from surfacing for air and will only make them swim further away.

  • Is private residence pick up available? There are limited locations close to hotels where we can pick you up, close by to your private residence. Please inquire at time of booking.
